Helen’s expertise is in leading global programmes to harness the talent of digital generations for business and social impact.

After graduating with a first-class honours in Public Relations, she pursued a career in internal and external communications and was a key force in building O2 to be one of the most loved brands in the U.K. In that time, Helen has created and led several award winning social action programmes, which brought together cross-sector organisations under a common purpose. The acclaimed youth programme ‘ Think Big’ was rolled out under Helen’s leadership across Europe and Latin America, impacting thousands of young peoples’ lives.

Helen is passionate about helping people to realise their potential by tapping into the power of their minds. Fueled by her fascination of neuroscience following a long recovery from emergency brain surgery in 2014, she subsequently qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and now brings this insight into Business.

Samie is recognised as one of the world’s leading voices on values and culture change. His career spans six continents, working with governments and organisations around the world to create high-performance cultures underpinned by values.

In 2019, Samie presented a TED talk on Why Business Needs Our Humanity and created the hashtag #time4humanity which brought the subject to the forefront of leaders’ hearts and minds. He has won a host of accolades including Most Visionary Business Transformation CEO, Game Changer of the Year, and Most Influential CEO of the Year.

Samie’s passion is aviation and he hopes one day to own a retired 747! He is a reiki master and regularly participates in neurofeedback training to access the full range of brainwaves and states of consciousness, delta being his favourite.

Samie is a Fellow of the RSA, and a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, ILM, ITOL and CMI. He is also an NLP practitioner, systemic and executive coach, and assessor with the British Psychological Society.

Mélanie is a truly global citizen who has lived in seven countries and speaks six languages.

After graduating from HEC Montreal in 2010, Mélanie went on to lead facilitation teams across Canada, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She is driven by a passion to empower businesses and individuals through better and more sustainable practices.

Mélanie is a certified coach (ICF) and holds the accolade of being the most international facilitator of Google’s #IamRemarkable workshop in 2019. Through her work, she invites people to reclaim their authenticity, tapping into the power of value-driven influence. Mélanie uses a myriad of tools and certifications – including design thinking, LEGO® serious play, and intercultural agility – to encourage imagination, compassion and adaptability in leaders.

A keen supporter of UNICEF and the WWF, Mélanie’s values of inclusion, sustainability and collective responsibility fuels her passion to strive for a better world.

After graduating with a first class honours in Public Relations, Helen pursued a career in internal and external communications. In 2002, she started working at O2, driving consumer PR and employee engagement, which contributed to the rise of the brand to be one of the most loved in the U.K.

Helen has created and led several award winning social action programmes, which brought together cross-sector organisations under a common purpose. The youth programme ‘Think Big’ was rolled out to 6 European countries and awarded £1 million grant by the U.K. government to extend it’s proven impact.

Helen is an RSA Fellow, an active volunteer at Save the Children, Sliver Line and a trustee for the refugee charity Jackit.
